This trust is dedicated to help the poor and needy throughout Gujarat who is suffering from Congenital and acquired Facial Deformities like Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate.

The trust has appointed a team of doctors like Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon, orthodontist, Paediatrician, speech therapist, counsellor etc to treat the patients.
